One of the holiest Hindu temples, the shrine of Vaishno Devi is dedicated to the Goddess Shakti. Affectionately also called as Mata Rani and Vaishnavi, the temple is the manifestation of the Mother Goddess. The temple is situated at an altitude of 5200 ft., a distance of approx. 12 kms from Katra.

Day 01:  Departure from New Delhi

Departure from New Delhi Railway Station at 20:40 hrs by train no. 12425 - Rajdhani Express (3AC / 2AC).Overnight train journey.

 

Day 02: Katra (SVDK)

Arrival at Jammu Railway Station at 0500 hours. Pickup from Jammu Railway Station to Katra by non-AC vehicle on sharing basis as per group size. En-route stop over at Saraswati Dham to collect the Yatra Parchi. Check-in at Hotel. Breakfast & drop till Banganga. Darshan at the shrine. Late evening return to Hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

 

Day 03: Katra (SVDK) - Departure

Breakfast. Morning free for Leisure. Check-out at 12 noon followed by lunch. Departure for Jammu Railway Station after Lunch at 14:00 hrs by non-AC vehicle Enroute sight-seeing of Kand Kandoli Temple, Raghunathji Temple & Bage Bahu Garden, later drop at Jammu Railway Station by 18:30 Hrs to board Jammu Rajdhani – train no. 12426 at 21:25 hours . Overnight train journey.

 

Day 04: Arrival New Delhi

Arrive at the New Delhi Railway Station at 05:55 hours.

 All passengers are requested to register online for Yatra Registration Slip on Shrine Board official website "www.maavaishnodevi.org"

 Yatries registered through Online mode are requested to collect RFID yatra access card before commencement of yatra from Yatra Registration Counter (YRC) established at Katra (Bus Stand, Railway Station, Niharika Complex, Counter No.02, Serli Helipad) and Vaishnavi Dham Jammu & Jammu Airport.

 Passengers are advised to carry post-paid mobile numbers as roaming on prepaid mobile connections may not work in J&K region.


The above package price is as on date of booking. However, in case of increase in input costs such as railway fare or any other expenses beyond the control of Company, the guests are liable to pay the additional amount before commencement of journey.

Company does not provide any facility of VIP/Priority Entry/Darshan at any Monuments/shrines/places of interest mentioned in the itinerary. Company shall not be responsible for any loss of sight-seeing/Darshan, nor shall be liable for any refunds in case the Darshan/Sight-seeing/Visit cannot be completed owing to reasons such as delay in train arrivals, transport breakdown, heavy rush, closure by govt. agencies etc.
